Detalles: This house was just built, from scratch. What started as a remodeling project turned out to be in a new house construction, bigger and more luxurious than the previous one. The house was all built in concrete according to the local seismic code. All rooms have gypsum ceiling, painted in white. Some of the internal divisions are made on Gypsum, nevertheless the exterior walls all are from concrete. The roof is made from the heaviest caliber zinc sheeting painted with special protected plastic paint for roofing. All the house has first quality ceramic floors. All the windows have smoked glass, screens and decorative but protective steel bars, as well as aluminum frames on all windows and doors to avoid the corrosive action of the ocean mist. This house consists of: Master Room with bathroom, office, four guest rooms, two and a half bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, office, bar and recreational area. On the outside there is a warehouse, one more bathroom and the laundry area. All the house has a central Air Conditioning unit (TRANE). For the Master Room and the office, there is a separate air handling unit for each room. The house has Direct TV.All the kitchen cabinets are made of tropical hard wood, the sink has double tank and is stainless steel. At the right is the bar, that is in a U form and recently was installed a beautiful and useful costume made bar furniture by local Italian craftman. It also has its own sink. Next to the bar there is a bathroom.Zancudo is a zone with lots of foreign people living in it. Many Europeans and Americans have bought houses in the zone, and they live permanently in Zancudo. If they need to do any major business they travel to Golfito by boat or San José by Airplane.The beach of Zancudo has been awarded for seven years in a Row the “Bandera Azul” title. This title is given by the Costa Rican government to those beach communities that take good care of their
environment and keep them clean.
